Regulators reflect on operator licensing in 2018-19

The Traffic Commissioners’ Annual Report for 2018-19 has been published. It looks at what they’ve achieved and also sets out their plans for the future. Additionally, the commissioners talk about the areas of compliance causing concern during the year, including: Brake test performance Transport manager accountability Digital tachographs and driver management Bridge strike incidents The report also contains statistics on the work carried out by commissioners and staff acting on their behalf.
