LGV HGV Day / Night / Tramper Class 1 Driver needed to start ASAP
We are looking to recruit Class 1 drivers out of Castleford, West Yorkshire.
The successful applicants would be carrying out collections and deliveries of CHEP pallets on a curtainsider / flatbed trailer within Yorkshire and Nottingham area.
Responsibilities and requirements of HGV Class 1 Driver

• We require an honest, hard working and reliable class 1 driver.
• You must hold full UK driving license relevant & hold a current DCPC card.
• Comply with driving hours, rules and regulations
• Vehicle checks completed daily and to report any defects accordingly
• Keen eye for detail when filling in paperwork, ensure all POD’s are signed
• Punctual and organised
• Ensuring loads are safely secure
• Well-presented and professional, customer focused attitude is essential
• Keep the vehicle clean
• Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays
• This job will entail some tramping and weekend working so flexibility is essential

Benefits for HGV Class 1 Driver
PAYE / LTD welcome

• PAYE Monday - Friday £11.50 per hour, night £14.00 per hour.
• Saturday £14.00 per hour, night £16.00 per hour.
• Sundays & Bank Holidays day £17.00 per hour, night £18.00 per hour.
• Workplace pension.
• LTD Monday - Friday £12.50 per hour, night £15.00 per hour.
• Saturday £15.00 per hour, night £17.00 per hour.
• Sunday & Bank Holidays day £17.00 per hour, night £18.50 per hour.

PAYE & LTD
- £25 Night allowance.
- 40 guaranteed.
We will provide PPE, job specific training and help towards DCPC costs.
Job Types: Full-time Permanent, This position is full time and permanent upon completion of the probationary period.
Monday - Friday, weekends available.
