Job Description

• Professional and safe driving of a heavy goods vehicle
• Packing of personal possessions
• Can work on their own initiative and part of a team
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
• Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
• Can communicate well with customers and colleagues
• Can read and write in English
• Normal days Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays are required as paid overtime.
• Actual hours can vary +/- depending on the job being performed, start times from 5am.
• Nights away from home to be expected on average 2 nights per week (some weeks none, other weeks can be 4)
• On average 55 hours per week

Experience:

• Prior driving experience..
• Handling of household and personal effects would be an advantage (but not essential).
• Skills in assembling flat pack furniture. But not essential.

Requirements:

• Reliable, with excellent time keeping physically fit & healthy enthusiastic and motivated team player
• Willing to be flexible in assisting the company to deliver a quality service to its clients.
• Can take and adhere to written and verbal instructions
• An attention to detail is essential
• Good communication skills
